Merchant Packages
Package A: Entry Level Referral Participation - FREE
NO SETUP OR MONTHLY FEES!
Sign up now to be listed as a merchant at the our Online Shopping mall!
Note: Three year term. If the merchant cancels the program at any time there is a $300 termination fee. CRM and Bonus Rewards Tools are not included in this package
Package B: Standard CRM Reporting
SETUP COST: $100 - MONTHLY FEE: $25
In addition to being listed as a merchant on the Online Shopping Mall, this package includes the powerful web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and reporting tool, which helps the merchant understand their customer base and improve overall customer service. No software installation necessary. Note: Three year term. Merchant has the ability to turn off features and downgrade to Package A at anytime and pay $0 a month. If the merchant cancels the program at any time there is a $300 termination fee. Bonus Rewards Tools are not included in this package.
Package C: CRM Reporting + One Bonus Tool
SETUP COST: $100 - MONTHLY FEE: $50
This package includes the Standard CRM reporting tools and any one Bonus Tool of the merchant's choice. Merchants have the option of choosing the Birthday, Dollar Spent, or Frequent Shopper Bonus Tool. These tools are designed to give you additional options to market to and reward your customers.
By activating the Bonus Tools, the system automatically records customer visits, tallies total sales, and distributes appropriate earned rebates to the members, according to your marketing strategy goals. You plan the campaign, and let the tools do the work.
CHOOSE FROM ANY ONE BONUS TOOL:
Dollar Spent Bonus Tool: Increase average sale amounts per visit. Encourage customers to spend more by offering an additional rebate bonus after a specified dollar amount is spent.
Frequent Shopper Bonus Tool: Reward your most frequent customers. Offer bonus rebates after a pre-specified number of visits. Encourage your customers to return often to your store.
Birthday Bonus Tool: Customers appreciate recognition. Offer bonus rebates during this special time. When customers shop while celebrating, they often bring friends and family. Make sure they visit you by offering rebates during the day or week that they celebrate their birthday.

Local Directory: Members can use the Online Mall to find local directions to your store and more.
