Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping- US Postal Service Priority Mail is our standard shipping method. All products will be sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail unless a FedEx option is chosen at checkout.

Orders that include glass, must be shipped via FedEx Ground or be insured at the expense of the customer, in order to be eligible for a return.

Packages that are to be insured must be identified as such during checkout. The customer will incur the expense to insure any packages or shipments.

Contact customer service for any international shipping requests.

You will be notified, via email confirmation, from the shipper when your package has been shipped.

It is your responsibility to double check your address at the time of check out. Any items shipped to the wrong address due to a customer typo, is not the responsibility of us or our distributors. We will accept no financial responsibility in this situation.

Once the product leaves our warehouse and you are given a shipping tracking number all items and delivery guarantees are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the US Postal Service, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Express and their decisions regarding shipments, acts of God, labor unrest, or any other factor that might preclude them from meeting their delivery guarantee. You hold us harmless for any decisions and/or acts by the US Postal Service, FedEx Ground and FedEx Express that impacts delivery times as stated in this document.

We assume to responsibility for refunding any shipping costs in the event a guarantee is not met by the shipper, unless said charges are refunded to us.

Returns Policy

Teas, Tea Ware, Consumables

Pandoras-Pantry.com and PlanetConcourse.com does not accept returns of any consumable product without exception unless otherwise outlined in the following paragraph.

In the event that you receive the wrong consumable product that was incorrectly shipped by us and was not on the order form submitted during your checkout, we will ship the correct product to you at no additional charge within a reasonable period of time.

Consumables are not returnable without exception unless the above is true.

In limited circumstances and only according to the policy stated herein, hard goods are accepted for return when the appropriate polices and conditions have been met as set forth in this document.

Orders that include glass hard goods must be shipped FedEx Ground or be insured, at your expense when shipped US Priority Mail, in order to be eligible for a return.

Hard good return criteria: The following steps must be taken for hard goods returns;

1. We must be notified within 7 days of package delivery
2. You must provide us with detailed information about the damage and include that in the email notification, (for example; is it just one piece or the entire item that has been damaged.)
3. You must hold the original shipping box, packaging materials and manufacture's packaging until further notice in case inspection and/or return is require by us.
4. Contact us; our objective is to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Health and Beauty Aids

Health and Beauty products (Beyond Biology Botanicals) that are sealed and unopened may be returned at the expense of the customer and a 10% restocking fee will be assessed.

Tee shirts are printed on demand and are final sales.

Unworn hats in original packaging may be returned at the expense of the customer. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed.
